Labor Day At Rockbridge Baths
A large crowd headed out to the Rockbridge Baths firehouse on Labor Day for the Truly Free Market and a pulled pork barbecue meal. There was also music inside the air-conditioned firehouse, a bounce house for children and visits by local politicians and candidates, including Rep. Ben Cline (bottom right). This was the Rockbridge Baths Community Organization’s third Truly Free Market and the second time it was held on Labor Day. The barbecue meal was a fundraiser for the fire department, which was so popular that the barbecue ran outwithin an hour and a half. (Joann Ware photos)
