Elizabeth Marshall Bryant, 96, of Goshen died at Havenwood Assisted Living on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023.
Born March 20, 1926, in Natural Bridge, she was the daughter of the late Hugh Dexter Marshall Sr. and Lemma Flint Marshall.
Elizabeth was a member of Broad Creek A.R. Presbyterian Church. She retired from Baltimore Association for Retarded Citizens.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lee Bryant, and three siblings, Helen M. Crist, Virginia M. Turpin and Hugh Dexter Marshall Jr., and foster brother Roy Creamer.
Surviving are three daughters, Beverly Bryant Floyd (Bob), Isabell Huffman Hill (Tom), and foster daughter, Catherine A. Cox. She also had three grandchildren, Hollie Nichole Floyd (Gil), Michael Landon Floyd and Bobby Floyd Jr. (Jami); and six great grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, at Broad Creek A.R. Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Robert Gordon officiating. Burial will follow at Broad Creek Cemetery. Family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Broad Creek A.R. Presbyterian Church, the American Cancer Society or Rockbridge Area Hospice.
