Buena Vista Police Department Polar Plunge '26

Watch the Buena Vista Police Department participate in their first Polar Plunge event to raise funds for Special Olympics. First up in the dunk tank is the previous BV Police Chief, now the interim BV City Manager, Wayne Handley. After him, the current interim Police Chief, Dave Clements, took a turn. Corporal Josh Guttmann, the community resource officer, was dunked 3 (and a half) times, and was followed by Mikki Prows, a recent hire after being an intern. The Buena Vista Police Department raised over $1500 for Special Olympics, in an online campaign.
