All About Seeds
All About Seeds
The free seed event sponsored by the Rockbridge Area Master Gardeners at the RARA building Saturday featured not only free seeds provided by Master Gardeners and local commercial seed suppliers, but a presentation on seed starting by Faith Vosburgh (in photos at left). Included in her presentation was how to create a small greenhouse (seen at far left). Among the Master Gardeners assisting area residents was Bugs Utsey (below). For anyone who did not find what they had hoped for, the Rockbridge Regional Library in Lexington will be home to the Master Gardener Seed Library beginning in February. Jerry Springer
Jerry Springer is a big boy. He is approximately 1 year old and 70 pounds of puppy. The Rockbridge SPCA is not sure of his breed, perhaps some lab, perhaps a little greater Swiss mountain dog. Whatever he, is he is a sweet boy. He is neutered, vaccinated and dewormed. Visit this big boy at the Rockbridge SPCA. 01/23/2024 11:00 PM
