Among the highlights last week of Virginia Military Institute’s Founders Day celebration was a presentation o the Distinguished Service Award, the VMI Foundation’s highest honor, to Conrad M. Hall. A 1965 graduate of VMI, Hall was CEO of Dominion Enterprises, a leading national media, internet and marketing information services company.
