For Smith

Editor, The News Gazette: I would like to encourage all voters of the Buffalo District to support Mack Smith in the upcoming election for Board of Supervisors.

Editor, The News Gazette: I would like to encourage all voters of the Buffalo District to support Mack Smith in the upcoming election for Board of Supervisors.

I have known Mack and his family for many years. His multifaceted farming business has given him a direct pulse on this county and all of its citizens. He is a practical, very experienced, farmer-businessman whose roots span decades in this county. He has always been involved in the local community and his passion is Rockbridge County.

Anyone who knows Mack, and that should be about everyone in the county, also knows that he is very accessible and readily addresses the concerns of its citizens. That was how he operated during his previous term as a board member, and how he will be during his next term. Thank you for your consideration. ERIC MOGENSEN Natural Bridge -Editor, The News-Gazette: We are writing to request your support in returning Mack Smith to the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors. Mack served on the Board from 2004 to 2012 and served on the Planning Commission for a decade.

Mack is an astute businessperson, and successful farmer, whose roots go back five generations in Rockbridge County. He is committed to his community and to his family.

He will provide proven leadership where proven leadership is needed and he has previous experience working to solve the needs of the county for the present and the future.

Mack will not hesitate to ask questions nor answer questions in order to find remedies for existing problems in the county. Mack is excellent at involving others to help develop solutions for current issues and plans for issues which will arise in the years to come. He has been able to step back in the past to build a mature, logical outlook for the direction of the county for the future.

Please give Mack you support.
