First Fruits and Stewardship Sunday will be celebrated at Oxford Presbyterian Church on Sunday, Nov. 19. This is a time to show our special thanks and appreciation to God for all that has been given to us. Afterwards a covered-dish friendship lunch will be held in the fellowship hall.

The community Thanksgiving service will be held at the Palmer Community Center at 5 p.m. on Sunday,

The annual Palmer Community Center Christmas covered-dish supper and carol singing will be held on Sunday, Dec. 3, at 5 p.m. Ham and turkey will be provided.

The rural Rockbridge Community Table will serve free dinners tonight, Wednesday, at the Palmer Community Center from 6 to 7.
