Joyce Campbell Harwley, 71, of Fairfield died July 11

Joyce Campbell Harwley, 71, of Fairfield died Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Heritage Hall.

Born Feb. 17, 1952, in Rockbridge County, she was a daughter of the late Willie W. Campbell and Ethel Henson Campbell.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother Wayne Campbell, half-brothers Billy Garrett and Bobby Garrett, and half-sister Peggy Wines.

She attended New Life Fellowship Church of God of Prophecy.

Surviving are her children, Jennifer R. Keith, Michelle D. Harwley, Jeremy Harwley and Michael Harwley; siblings, Harold Campbell, Shirley Patrick, Mary Roberts, Carolyn Vess and Linda Shafer; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be at the Buena Vista Pentecostal Holiness Church at a later date.
