FRANCIS BURGESS

Francis Stanley Burgess, 83 of Lexington died Monday, Dec. 25, 2023, at his home.

Born March 20, 1940, in New York, he was a son of the late Frank Drysdale Burgess and Frances Atkinson Burgess.

Mr. Burgess was a member of Lexington Baptist Church and received his B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from University of Bridgeport. He retired as an engineer with Pitney Bowes.

Surviving are his children, Justin Kirk Burgess, Krystal Frances Burgess Edwards, Kari Renee Burgess and William Kenneth Lamoreaux.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
