Christmas Present For A Church

High above the ground, workers on Monday begin repairs on the roof of Randolph Street United Methodist Church, which was damaged in a severe windstorm last July. Pastor Reginald Early said that donations from individuals and other local churches supplemented the church’s insurance to pay for the repairs, which are expected to be completed today. The church dates from 1864. (Anneliese Schneider photo)
