Friday, May 26 – The Parry McCluer High School softball team concluded its season with a 4-2 home loss to George Wythe in the Region 1C quarterfinals on Thursday evening in Buena Vista. The Blues finished the year at 11-8 overall, going 6-2 in the Pioneer District.
The Blues will miss their lone senior, Claudia Coleman, who played through injuries and was an effective pitcher and second baseman throughout the season.
