She will be microchipped upon adoption. The adoption fee for all SPCA dogs is just $25 through March 17. Many are already spayed and neutered and all have been heartworm tested and are negative. There were plenty of thrills to entertain the crowd at the Lone Star Rodeo held this past Friday and Saturday night at the Virginia Horse Center’s Anderson Coliseum.
