Friday morning - The Virginia State Police has issued a Senior Alert on for a man last seen at
Kirkman Raymond Phelps, 80, was last seen at 7:30 p.m. at the hospital. He may be driving a gold 2014 Cadillac CTS with Virginia plate ZF8885. Phelps is described as being six feet tall and weighing 200 pounds with white hair and blue eyes. He may be wearing a black jacket.
According to the alert, Phelps suffers from a cognitive impairment and the investigating agency determined that his disappearance “poses a credible threat to [his] health and safety.”
