Pauline H. Johnson, 95, of Lexington died April 28

Pauline H. Johnson (nee Hostetter), 95, a resident of Heritage Hall, went to be with her Lord on April 28, 2023.

She was born in Lexington on Aug. 2, 1927, the daughter of Claude and Ethel (Knick) Hostetter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Johnson, and her brother Kenneth Hostetter.

Pauline was born in Lexington, and spent her entire life there. She graduated from Lexington High School, and was employed at VMI as an accountant for more than 30 years. She was a lifelong member of the Lauderdale A.R. Presbyterian Church in Lexington.

Pauline is survived by her son, Donnie Lee Johnson, and her granddaughters Tabitha Johnson, Kristen Scholl and Melissa Johnson, as well as great-grandchildren Trevor, Collin, Bryson and Meighleigh, and many great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Burial will be private.
