Richard Douglas Shull Sr., 86, of Fairfield died April 15

Richard Douglas Shull Sr., 86, of Fairfield died Saturday, April 15, 2023, at his home.

Born Jan. 9, 1937, in Augusta County, he was a son of the late Mary Shull.

Richard retired from Columbia Gas as a welder with 45 years of service and was the owner and operator of Shull Auctioneer Service.

Surviving is his son, Richard Shull Jr. (Jayne).

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 20, at Rockbridge Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Brandon McClung.
