Kendal Announces Appointments

Kendal at Lexington, a Kendal Affiliate, has announced the appointments of Audrey Dehdouh- Berg as director of human resources and Josh West as director of facilities services.

Dehdouh-Berg joins Kendal at Lexington with more than 15 years of leadership experience across higher education and manufacturing. Throughout her career, she has focused on supporting employees and leaders and strengthening workplace culture, a Kendal spokesman said.

“In her new role, Audrey brings a people-centered approach to creating an engaged, collaborative workplace that supports team members and the broader community,” said the spokesperson. She will work closely with Clint Ayers, workforce engagement and staff development coordinator, who has served Kendal at Lexington for more than 10 years across multiple departments.

During the leadership transition, Ayers provided continuity for employees while helping support key human resources functions.

West has spent 15 years in leadership roles spanning plant management and capital expansion. As director of facilities services, he brings a collaborative leadership style and a background balancing day-to-day demands with long-term priorities, said the Kendal spokesperson.

He also worked closely with his predecessor, Todd Pegg, building on Pegg’s leadership of the campus and helping ensure continuity throughout the transition.

“Audrey and Josh bring distinct expertise and a shared commitment to collaboration that will strengthen our team,” said Adam Day, chief executive officer of Kendal at Lexington. “Together, they will help ensure out team members are well supported and our campus remains a safe, welcoming place for residents to call home.”
