Fairfield’s Heritage
Fairfield Heritage Day couldn’t escape the weekend’s stormy weather, with rain hitting the annual festival about mid-morning Saturday. When it wasn’t raining – and even while it was – area residents and visitors were able to enjoy a variety of activities. The event featured vendors downtown and at the Fairfield Presbyterian Church, including Ann Hockman; music by Betsy Faris of Betsy in the Verse (bottom right); breakfast at Fairfield Presbyterian Church (below); and hot dogs and homemade ice cream at Fairfield United Methodist Church (at right).
