Temperatures remained hot Sunday afternoon, but that didn’t stop folks from checking out the activities at the Balloons Over Rockbridge Hot Air Balloon and Music Festival. Hoss & the Special Soss provided some of the day’s music, while families enjoyed the Kids Zone games and crafts.
