Waddell fourth-graders recently visited the Brownsburg Museum to the see the “Interwoven: Unearthed Stories of Slavery” exhibit. The museum will reopen to the public for the season this Saturday, May 16, from 1 to 4 p.m., and will be open every first and third Saturday and Sunday of each month during those times. This will be the final season for the “Interwoven” exhibit, which enables visitors to experience the moving story of one family’s journey from enslavement to freedom through artifacts, personal testimony and guided talks.
