The Effinger community churches would like to thank all who helped and donated items and refreshments to the community Easter egg hunt held Saturday, April 4, at the pavilion on the grounds of the Collierstown Baptist Church. Special thanks to the Effinger Ruritans for inviting the Easter Bunny who attended and was photographed with the children. Those participating enjoyed hunting Easter eggs, making crafts, playing games, and enjoying refreshments.
The Collierstown United Methodist Women in Faith would like to thank all who placed orders and purchased homemade candy Easter eggs as part of their celebration of Easter. Special thanks also to all those who helped prepare the delicious candy for others to enjoy.
