The Jackson House Museum will host a hands-on kitchen garden workshop Sunday, April 19, at 2 p.m. led by Rockbridge Area Master Gardeners Association.
This interactive session is for both beginners and advanced gardeners. RAMGA will provide participants with planting tips, seed saving ideas, and instruction on growing seasons. Guests will leave with the knowledge as well as a few items to start their own kitchen garden.
Thanks to RAMGA, there is no charge, but space is limited. Early registration is encouraged by calling (540) 464-7704. Participants will also enjoy a 15% discount on all purchases in the museum store on the day of the workshop.
