The “Snowman Joy” children’s program, originally scheduled for Jan. 24 at the Glasgow Public Library, has been reset for Saturday, Feb. 7, at 11 a.m.
The program is being presented by the Local History Center of Rockbridge Regional Library System and will feature the history of the snowman, including fun facts and crafts.
