Members of the Balloons Over Rockbridge board of directors met recently with representatives of the nonprofits who were the beneficiaries of the 2025 Hot Air Balloon and Music Festival. This year’s beneficiaries were Rockbridge County 4-H, Rockbridge Area YMCA Early Learning Center, Straight Street’s The Lampstand and the Mary Carol Moore Scholarship Fund. Balloons Over Rockbridge celebrated its eighth anniversary this year and has donated over $200,000 to local charities during this time.
