Faculty Recital

Faculty Recital — The Washington and Lee University Department of Music will present a faculty recital by Anthony Cincotta, saxophone and Anna Billias, piano on Sunday, Oct. 5, at 3 p.m. in Wilson Concert Hall. The concert is free. “Kaleidoscopic Colours” celebrates the rich and diverse sounds when saxophone and piano combine on stage. This performance delves into a multitude of musical landscapes, showcasing the unique interplay between these two instruments. The old English spelling of “colours” symbolizes the collaborative spirit of the concert, highlighting how both the saxophone and piano contribute equally to this vibrant kaleidoscope of sound. The concert will also be streamed online at https://go.wlu.edu/livestream.
