‘Art & Heart’ Event To Support Nonprofits
Rockbridge Community Health Foundation is having a first-ever “Art & Heart: A Celebration of Community, Creativity, and Care” fundraiser, an art show designed to celebrate local artists while raising vital funds for nonprofit organizations that serve the Rockbridge community. The event will take place on Sept. 25 from 5 to 8 p.m. at The Livery; 35 N. Main St.
This event will feature a diverse collection of works donated by recent grant recipients of RCHF funds, showcasing a variety of mediums. All pieces will be included in either the live or silent auction. Proceeds of the sale of artwork will be directly invested in local initiatives dedicated to improving community well-being.
“While we are excited to share the incredible talent in our community, we are also thrilled to celebrate RCHF’s increased impact in the community over the past five years, and highlight just a few of the impactful organizations doing amazing work in Rockbridge,” said Hattie Myers, chief administrator for the Rockbridge Community Health Foundation.
