Kendal at Lexington’s 25th anniversary celebration on July 17 brought together residents, employees, families, friends and leaders who have all helped shape the community since the doors first opened in July 2000. The celebration featured reflections from the community’s new CEO, Adam Day, Board Chair Pam Luecke and the Kendal Corporation CEO, Vassar Byrd. Mary Coulling, one of Kendal at Lexington’s original residents, offered personal insights and memories. Guests enjoyed gourmet hors d’oeuvres provided by the Lexington Catering Company (Southern Inn) and live music from Bill Claytor and a string quartet.

MARY COULLING, one of the first residents of Kendal, shares memories.
