Born Feb. 26, 1950, in Rockbridge, she was a daughter of the late Charles Franklin Newcomb and Elizabeth Lester Newcomb.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Eula Mae Hostetter; brother, Morris Monroe Newcomb; and sister, June Gertrude Reynolds.

Judy was an avid gardener, loved friends, family and all animals.

Surviving are her daughter, Cortney Camden; a brother, Bobby Newcomb (Brenda); five nieces, two nephews and some very special friends.
