Lois Floyd Roberts 

Lois Floyd Roberts, 91, of Buena Vista passed away Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026. 

She was born Feb. 4, 1935, in Rockbridge County, the daughter of Eugene Harrison and Judith Matilda Floyd.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Carl Jasper “Jack” Roberts; sister, Shirley Spence; and brothers, Clyde Floyd and Lyle Floyd.

Surviving are her special niece, Shelia Braford; brother, Larry “Moose” Floyd (Linda); and many other nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, at GreenHill Cemetery by Pastor Butch Grow and Pastor Rick Ramsey. 

Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 1:45 p.m. prior to the graveside service.

Arrangements are being handled by Bolling, Grose, & Lotts Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
