Born Jan. 26, 1960, she was a daughter of Frank Gilbert Collins and Frances Loraine Shanks Collins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Wilcher.

Surviving are her brothers, Donnie Shanks and Wade Collins; step-grandchild, Tyler Powell; and special friend, Barbara Shifflett.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
