He was born Sept. 27, 1967, in Richmond, the son of Carl Edward Clark and Lucy Davis Clark.

Cliff was employed by the city of Buena Vista in the Public Works Department. He was a member of New Life Fellowship COGOP.

Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Patricia Clark; children, Barbara Kowalczyk (James), Donald Sparzak Jr. (Alice), David Dorn Jr., and Crystal Bottenfield (Robert); eight grandchildren, Steven Kowalczyk Jr. (Julia), Christopher Kowalczyk, Wesley Sparzak, Christanna Sparzak, Demi Dorn, Morgan Branham, Jamie Lee McCormick and Hunter Tyler McCormick; and two great-grandchildren, Maci Kowalczyk and Olesia Kowalczyk.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, at Bolling, Grose & Lotts Funeral Chapel by Pastor Ray Burton. Burial will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 11, at Bolling, Grose and Lotts Funeral Home.
