Born June 17, 1928, she was a daughter of Henry Addison Moore and Glendon Long Moore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glennie Loving Painter, and sons Larry Wayne Painter, Ronnie G. Painter and Michael L. Painter.

Surviving is her granddaughter, Alicia Painter Cox.
