She was born to the late Russell Lee Elliott and Janie Berniece Diamond-Elliott on July 1, 1945, in Lexington. She was a lifelong resident of Natural Bridge.
Fredericka (affectionately known as Niecie and or Leecie) worked in the garment and seamstress industry the majority of her adult life. She was last employed at Sayre Enterprise. Fredericka continued to work there until just after turning 80 years old.

Fredericka was preceded in death by her parents, Janie and Lee, her son William N. Elliott, brother Edison E. Diamond, and sister Deborah O. Elliott.
Fredericka leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Tanya E.
