DALLAS IRVINE
Born April 30, 1928, in Lexington, he was the son of Palmer Cecil Irvine and Lula Hostetter Irvine.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Reynolds Irvine; son, Ronald Irvine; granddaughter, Amanda Irvine; daughter-inlaw, Debbie Hostetter Irvine; and siblings, James Ednee Irvine and Daisy Carter.
Dallas was a member of Lexington Baptist Church and Sam Houston Ruritan Club. He was a sexton with Lexington Presbyterian Church for over 20 years. Hunting was one of his favorite activities.
Surviving are his sons, Howard Kenton Irvine, and David Douglas Irvine (Connie); daughters, Barbara Ellen Cooper (Gary), Irma Lee Hassler (Mark), and Madeline Faye Green (Ronnie), eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; two greatgreat- grandchildren; and sister, Reva Brown.
A funeral was conducted Tuesday, March 3, at Harrison Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Ralph Coleman and the Rev. Eddie Irvine. Burial followed at Collierstown Presbyterian Cemetery.
Arrangements were by Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory.
