Born Aug. 25, 1965, he was a son of Doris Windsor Hatcher and the late Bernard Montgomery Windsor.

He was a carpenter with Holland’s General Contractors.

Surviving are his spouse, Mary Strickler Windsor; children, Jonathan A. Windsor, Cassandra L Windsor, and Timothy E. Windsor; one granddaughter; and siblings, Jamie Windsor, Kimberly Tomlinson, and Rebecca Huffer.
