Richard Lee Ramsey, 59, of Buena Vista, passed away Monday, Jan. 26, 2026. 

He was born June 16, 1966, in Rockbridge County to the late Roy Lee Ramsey and Darlene (Buddy) Ramsey Graybill.

He was preceded in death by his brother Jamie Graybill and sister Lisa Graybill. 

Surviving are his brothers, Rodney Ramsey, Kevin Ramsey (Tammy), and Joe Ramsey (Tracy); step-dad Roger Graybill; numerous cousins, uncles, nieces and nephews whom loved him dearly. 

The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Friday Jan. 30, at Bolling, Grose and Lotts Funeral Home.
