Born July 6, 1953, he was a son of Julian M. Seaman Sr. and Madge Bradley Seaman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his spouse, Virginia Marlene Miller Seaman; son, Jason Melvin Seaman; and sisters Carolyn Seaman Harvey and Harriet Seaman Allen.

Surviving are his daughter, Lindsay Seaman, and grandson Brennan Melvin Seaman.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, at Broad Creek Cemetery by the Rev. Benjamin Dowling III.

Arrangements are by Harrison Funeral Home & Crematory.
