Gary was a free-spirited outdoorsman who enjoyed life. Gary entered his Savior’s residence Sunday, Dec. 28, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his father, Calvin Eugene Gibson, and mother, Mary Martha Gibson Walker.

He is survived by his daughter, Samantha Gibson; grandson Elijah Hampton; his brother, Ronald Gibson; and sisters Brenda Fitzgerald and Donna Gibson. Also surviving are loving uncle and aunt, Robert and Laurel Gibson; nieces, a nephew and cousins. His special friend, Pastor Terry Bostic, will conduct the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Faith Baptist Church or Glasgow Rescue Squad. NG
