Born Dec. 26, 1965, in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late Marjorie Wheeler Brown.

Surviving is her father, James W. Brown; children, James Nathan Brown, Anthony Chase Buchanan, Sierra Michelle Hite and Dorothy Elizabeth Hite Hensley; 11 grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.

Per Cynthia’s request, there will be no services.
