Carol was born at home, and it was in the comfort of her home that she also departed this world, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. She was known for her passion for cooking, her deep love of family, and her joyful celebration of Christmas, which she made magical for everyone around her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Culliton; her son, David Riley; her parents, George and Mary Moore; her brother, Charles Moore; and her sister, Charlotte Moore.

Carol is survived by her children: Carol and Steve Lemmer of Lannexa County, Daniel Riley and Amanda Kay of Buena Vista, and George and Tiffany Jordan of Buena Vista. Her stepdaughter, Kathie and Charles Lathem of Prince George County also mourns her passing.

Carol was a proud grandmother to: Brian and Augstina Riley, Ricky Riley, Jessica Westfall, Amanda Lemmer, Kyle Lemmer, Remmington Jordan, Archer Jordan, Connor Riley, and Aydin Riley.

She is also survived by her brother, Alvin and Justine Moore, her sister Debbie Knick, and many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren who will carry her memory forward with love.

Carol’s life will be celebrated at a later date, when family and friends will gather to honor the beautiful soul she was and the joy she brought into their lives.

Her legacy lives on in the meals she lovingly prepared, the traditions she nurtured, and the hearts she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered. NG
