Born Oct. 8, 1953, he was a son of Curtis and Ruby Floyd.

Surviving are his wife, Jayne Plogger; son Daniel Plogger (Mandy) of Natural Bridge; a grandchild, Haley Plogger; and a sister, Sharon Palmer of West Virginia.

A memorial service will be conducted at 5 p.m. today, Wednesday, Sept. 3, at Harrison Funeral Home by the Rev. Tim Stalnaker. The family will receive friends after the service.

Arrangements are by Harrison Funeral Home and Crematory.
