Born June 1, 1945, she was a daughter of Erskine Groah and Mildred Bartley Groah.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John William Swink; and sister, Wanda Moore.

Linda was a faithful member of the First Brethren Church and retired from Premier. She loved sewing and cooking with the grandchildren. Linda cherished time with her family including her grandchildren’s sporting events, holidays, etc.

Surviving are sons Joey Swink (Debbie) and Todd Swink (Kelley Jo); four grandchildren, Michaela, Alex, Kenna and Hailey; three great grandchildren; and three loving and devoted sisters, Darlene, Donna and Diane.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, July 28, at First Brethren Church in Buena Vista by the Rev. Michael Hamilton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
