SHIRLEY CAMDEN

It is with heavy hearts and deep love that we announce the passing of our beloved Shirley Camden of Natural Bridge Station, who departed this life peacefully on June 23, 2025, at the age of 85. She was surrounded by family, held in love, and carried by memories that will never fade. Shirley was the heart of our family, a force to be reckoned with, full of warmth, wisdom, and unconditional love.

Shirley was born on July 24, 1939, in Rockbridge County.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Dennis and Ricky.

Shirley leaves behind her lifelong partner, Richard Pryor; children, Phillip, Mike (Tammy), Ronnie (Kim), Shelia and Barry; and grandkids, Brandi Jo, Olivia, Casey, Michael Shane, Michael, Nathaniel, Delana, Jordan, Lacey Shae, Brandon (Abby), Daniel, Sydney, Cheyenne, Destiny, and Christy; great grandkids, Ethen, Zavion, Natalie, Alexis, Brayden, Brody, Adrienne, Owen, Preston, Christopher, Kayson, Eli, Gabrielle, Makayla and many more.

Shirley, you were our anchor and light. Though your journey on earth is complete, your love will live in our hearts forever.

The family received friends Saturday, June 28, at Bolling, Grose and Lotts Funeral Home. Burial will be at a later date at Glasgow Cemetery.
