Charles M. Ginger, 90, of Natural Bridge Station died Tuesday, June 17, 2025. 

Born July 31, 1934, he was a son of Warren Ginger and Ethel Powell Ginger.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Edna Robinson; brother, George Ginger; sister Evelyn Rogers; sister Gladys Collins; and brother Robert Ginger.

Charles was retired from Natural Bridge Learning Center. He loved sports and was an avid UVA fan. Charles was the president for the little league for years and coached football, baseball and basketball.

Surviving are his sister, Minnie Garrett, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at Harrison Funeral Chapel by Pastor Terry Bostic. Burial will follow at the Natural Bridge Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions be made to Natural Bridge Fire Department, 5705 S. Lee Highway, Natural Bridge, VA 24578 or the Glasgow Rescue Squad, 710 McCulloch St., Glasgow, VA 24555.
