Born April 28, 1960, in Rockbridge County, she was the daughter of the late William C. Ramsey (stepmother, Rose) and Agnes C. Wills (stepfather, Willie).

Surviving are her son, Westley William Hall (Lynette); three grandchildren, John R. Rhodenizer, Levi B. Hall, and Logan S. Hall; sisters, Gwendolyn Tavarez (Carlos), Patricia A. Wager (Michael), and Betty Jo Coleman (Donnie); brothers, William “Tex” Ramsey (Millie) and Charles Ramsey; numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, March 14, at Buena Vista Pentecostal Holiness Church by Pastor Adam Williams.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
