He was born Dec. 27, 1961, in Rockbridge County, the son of the late Charles C. Graybill Sr. and Mildred Johnson Graybill.

He was preceded in death by his baby sister, Rhonda G. Graybill; his older sister, Teresa Graybill Reese; and his daughter, Brandy Nicole Lipscomb.

Surviving are his son, Charles R. Lipscomb; and two grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at a later date.
