Forest Nash Crosbie, originally from Rockbridge County, competed at the Mr. America bodybuilding competition in Atlantic City, NJ in October. He took home the bronze medal in the Amateur Tall Classic Physique category. A member of the Vegan Strong PlantBuilt team, he showcased onstage what can be achieved as a lifetime vegetarian and natural bodybuilder, and vegan of 8 years.
