Dan Grim receives a resolution of appreciation from the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors for his 25 years of guiding the county’s geographic information systems. Grim, who recently retired from the job he’s held since 1999, implemented the county GIS and oversaw many projects and initiatives, including serving as the county’s 911 mapping coordinator.
