Those who braved the chill this past Friday night were witnesses to a pretty spectacular Christmas parade in downtown Lexington. There were 78 entries in this year’s parade, but counting individual vehicles, that number was closer to 100. Included in the parade were floats from Faith Mountain Baptist Church (above) and the Shenandoah Ballet (below right). The marching bands from Rockbridge County High School (at left) and Lylburn Downing Middle School were in fine form despite the frigid weather. (Joann Ware photos)
