Sam and Ramona Topping of Fairfield celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a small group of family and friends on the evening of Nov. 26 at the Fairfield United Methodist Church fellowship hall. Their anniversary is actually July 6, but their youngest grandchild, Maggie, was due in late June so the celebration was a bit delayed. Their daughters Michelle Ellwood and Trina Hodgson organized the event.
