Happy birthday wishes are being sent to Debbie Earhart, Chris Terrell and Becky Shaw, who has been ill lately.
Sympathy is extended to the family and friends of Lester Holbert Roberts. Lester worked for 35 years with the National Park Service.
I was told that the Vesuvius Holiday Xpress baazar was a success with it being the third Saturday of the month. Thank you to the vendors and to all who came out in support of them.
I pray that everyone has a blessed Thanksgiving. Please keep the people in western North Carolina in your prayers. A lot of these folks are still living in tents. A lot of campers and storage sheds are starting to come in for them to live during the winter. Pray that this continues before the temperature really drops especially in the mountain region.
